Job Description:
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our high-energy marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning and executing high-impact events and is equally comfortable running demand generation campaigns and webinars that fuel the sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our sales teams across APAC and EMEA regions to execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Field Marketing
· Plan, execute, and manage impactful field marketing initiatives including trade shows, conferences, roundtables, and executive events in APAC and EMEA.
· Own end-to-end event logistics, vendor management, booth experience, branding, and on-site execution.
· Collaborate with regional sales and business development teams to drive event attendance and maximize ROI.
· Track, analyze, and report on event performance, leads, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Webinars & Digital Events
· Develop and manage a global webinar calendar aligned with campaign themes and sales priorities.
· Collaborate with internal SMEs and product teams to develop compelling webinar content.
· Drive webinar promotion and attendee acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns.
· Analyze webinar success metrics and continuously optimize engagement and conversion.
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
· Support integrated regional campaigns with digital, email, and content-based programs to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
· Localize and adapt global campaigns to regional nuances, sales goals, and buying behavior.
· Maintain campaign performance dashboards and track key metrics using HubSpot and Salesforce.
Sales Collaboration & Pipeline Impact
· Work hand-in-hand with regional Sales teams to follow up on leads, accelerate pipeline, and support deal closure.
· Regularly share insights and feedback with Sales to improve campaign targeting and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, and demand generation.
· Proven track record of planning and executing successful field events and webinars across global regions.
· Proficiency in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and webinar tools (Zoom, ON24, etc.).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from marketing data.
· Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable working with global teams across time zones, especially India and the US.
· Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
