Role Description

Design, architect and drive technical implementation of our SaaS-based network cybersecurity and micro-segmentation platform for enterprise customers across complex environments like on-prem, hybrid, and cloud ecosystems.

You will be acting as a technical individual contributor at a strategic level, driving end-to-end technical excellence for product operationalization that strengthens customer security posture and prevent lateral movement.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-of-the-end solutions for complex customer environments for deployments.
• Define high-level and low-level solution architectures aligned with customer security and infrastructure with Zero Trust policy and Microsegmentation Solutions.
• Design and validate segmentation policies, zero-trust architectures, and risk reduction frameworks.
• Provide technical mentorship to associates on OS, Networking & SaaS concepts, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct regular reviews of N/W architecture for performance validation, Optimization and scalability assessments.
• Build automation frameworks using Python/Golang/Shell to efficient deployment.
• Contribute to Pre-Sales process to prepare technical documents relevant to potential client from Network environment.
• Create & review architectural documentation, whitepapers, and best-practice guides for SOP preparation.
• Take part in Cross Functional strategic communications both internally and externally.

 Required Skills:

• 12–16 years of strong experience in infrastructure, networking, security architecture, or platform engineering
• Expertise in networking fundamentals (Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTP/S, routing, switching concepts)
• Understanding of segmentation strategies, zero-trust principles, and risk mitigation frameworks
• Strong expertise on Linux and Windows environments (administration, troubleshooting, scripting)
• Understanding of Scripting languages like Python, Golang, or Shell scripting for automation
• Experience with host firewalls (WFP, Windows Defender, iptables, nftables) and network security controls
• Experience of architecting & deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS/multi-tenant architectures
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured architectural designs
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
