About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the networking industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, Routing, and VPN technologies, who enjoys low-level systems programming in C and/or C++, and has a solid grasp of the Linux operating system.

As part of our team, you will work on designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance networking software and services. You’ll be expected to dive deep into protocols, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to building robust, scalable network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain networking software using C/C++.

·       Work on components involving TCP/IP stack, routing protocols, VPN tunnelling, and related features.

·       Develop software that runs efficiently on Linux systems, with close attention to performance and reliability.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

·       Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely fixes, including root cause analysis.

·       Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

      Required Qualifications:

·       2–4 years of hands-on experience in networking software development.

·       Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.

·       Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, VPN technologies.

·       Proficiency with Linux OS, including system-level programming, kernel interfaces, and tools.

·       Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

·       Familiarity with tools like GDB, Wireshark, and network performance analysis tools.

      Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

·       Prior experience in ZTNA technology for Secure Remote Access

·       Experience with secure networking or encryption protocols (e.g., IPsec, TLS).

·       Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in a networking context.

·       Experience contributing to open-source networking projects.
